Okay this was actually a really good pizza. Arrabiatta: broccoletti, Calabrian chiles, tomato sauce, anchovy and garlic infused olive oil, fresh mozzarella, a little manchego. Will make again, 9/10. Oh, and a few castelvetrano olives that I liked but were not, shall we say, uniformly welcomed. 😉

Three inches of rain on Thursday and our low water crossing flooded. Went down pretty fast b/c we got a UPS delivery Friday 😍 Then it dropped to 9 F overnight Friday: gonna be pretty brisk when I get out the waders to clean out those culverts in the next few days. #Virginia #Albemarle #RuralLife
