And that ambiguity is the point. The criminality can be applied to anybody "at the discretion" of authority.

They hold the cards, and aren't worried about their law being used for good, because they have the systemic authority to keep the power in their own hands.

Like where I live, our Conservative government outlawed protests which "disrupt infrastructure" under a Provincial legislative bill called Bill 1.

They did this only to use it against Indigenous land defenders who are stopping billionaire oil corporations from developing on Treaty lands without going through their legal obligation of consultation with Indigenous people.

But when the White (and wealthy) "trucker convoy" of anti-vaxx protestors blockaded the border town of Coutts and disrupted a QUARTER BILLION DOLLARS in trade, and threatened the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) with a stockpile of assault weapons, was the bill applied against them? Of course not, they're the wrong skin colour for the law to apply.

And that is why Conservatives ram in authoritarian laws with great ambiguity that could be applied to anybody, because their own supremacist base is protected by their authority. It's not about law and order, it's about power and control.

Quite the opposite, it is claimed to be related to Elbit, a known Israeli weapons producer, that here in Demark, a few years ago, our then minister of defence ended up leaving his job after getting in trouble for making a deal with.

@ned this can’t end well for the labour party. They will either back down before the legislation is passed, or find it is completely impossible to implement. But either way Palestine Action will have had millions of pounds worth of publicity and I’m sure hundreds or thousands of extra supporters and donations.
