Preprint out from the Savvides lab! We determined the cryo-EM structures of complete extracellular receptor assemblies mediated by IL-12 and IL-23, revealing structural details on the IL-12:IL-12Rβ2 interface and showing IL-12 receptor-receptor contacts. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.03.13.532366v1
