I live, work and pay tax in the European Union, but when the UK left the EU, I lost the ability to sign in support of things like this tax on great wealth as @alberto_cottica describes.
So if you are a European citizen and you *do* support it, would you sign it, not least because there are a fair few other folks in my position, and it seems like it would be good for most ppl?

It is reasonable; it would have major impact if put into place; it is very feasible (no revision of the Treaties needed).
