In October 2018, I did a brush pen illustration-a-day of a short poem I'd written - some very old, some completely new, spanning writings from 2007 to the day I was drawing it. It was a fun, reflective series, and every so often I think about doing it again. Here's the first one, "The Forest".

Happy New Year! I hope 2023 brings you joy, many stories, a touch of folklore and some wonderful food.
Thank you so much for supporting me this year. If you have enjoyed a podcast or a letter then I have achieved what I hoped. There will be lots of new things to come in 2023 and I hope you will be with me to share them.
