@houndhaus Can I ask something completely irrelevant to your positive problem solving situation 😁

Why so many houses in #NorthAmerica have chimneys outside of the #house? To me it feels weird since the warmth of the chimney is mostly gone like that. In the #NordicCountries the #chimney is practically always inside the house which helps with the heating during the cold season and even during the colder nights during the summer.

@rpsu Our chimney is 3/4 inside. Not sure if the outside thing is just aesthetics, but I see what you’re saying.

@houndhaus The chimney on the outside looks nice 👍 but given the function it has outside of the aesthetics just makes me wonder.
