Geen hoger beroep in de rechtszaak over #etnischprofileren door de #Marechaussee, en dus is de uitspraak vanaf vandaag definitief!

Aan iedereen die hier vijf jaar lang voor heeft geknokt: bedankt!

De rechtszaak draaide om de vraag of etniciteit een rol mag spelen bij een selectiebeslissing. Nee zei het hof, etniciteit mag op geen enkele manier, ook niet een klein beetje, een rol spelen in beslissingen om mensen te controleren.
