@zylith ...my heart goes out to you, while you are going through this! you´re right- what we put in is what comes out: from the food we consume to the media, opinions etc. so the Q is: where´s this terror coming in from? if you are conscious of a recent change, fear or trauma, you haven´t processed in your life it may be time to be brave and look at those in the daylight.
