This week's game is Wolfchild, the action platformer by Core Design that has you taming both man and beast to stay alive.

On the surface, it looks standard fare, but give it time and you'll find a game loaded with nuance and secrets. I was kind of obsessed with it for a week!

I've settled on a release date for Enigma Heart. It gives me two weeks more than I was previously planning on. Doesn't sound like much, but it should help.

This week will all about getting the final art commissions in order and setting milestones for the next 18 weeks. Final sprint begins now.

As a scientist, watching my scientist circle of people, I wish more people who care about climate data being buried(as they should) had cared about COVID data being buried. That was the time to draw a line in the sand. Now that everyone believes COVID is gone, the same people are pretty sure that they can make everyone believe climate change is gone in exactly the same way.

If you don't like the COVID example, you can insert a number of things that politicians won't talk about there. It still works, just perhaps not as recently prescient.

Although one scientist I know who has used "in the pandemic" when talking to me, texted me "Ever since the pandemic started" yesterday, and I guess small wins are still wins, even if they're too late.
