@SaftyKuma @arstechnica it’s a huge problem, but the solution is server-side anti-cheat, not client-side. But client-side is very desirable to companies like Tencent.

@arstechnica such a shame, the 2019 one was one of their most modular modern devices. The 2023 one was a bit silly, though.

@arstechnica those buttons & d-pad look extremely compelling, too! I never liked the Joy-Con buttons compared to older Nintendo controllers or even the Switch Pro controller.
@arstechnica so they took apps that you could buy, and added a rent option. Strange, but as long as the buy option still exists I guess it’s not so bad.

@Cappyjax @arstechnica Android TV is pretty solid. Been using LineageOS on a Raspberry Pi and it works well!
@nixCraft weirdly enough, I’ve found the opposite is true. Getting printers to work on Windows was always a nightmare, but most of the time it works just fine on Fedora!
