This is coming from our own relatives, friends & neighbors who vote Republican. This is what they want and what they voted for. There are a lot of seriously awful, horrible people in this country who are comfortable with illegal immigrants like Melania and Elon, but not with undocumented people who are not white.

This is the sitting US president trying to convince the press, that he is doing important work, because he is renovating the pool in the local park, and that pool is longer than some skyscrapers.

This is what the US president is doing for his people, while the US economy is in tatters, Putin is waging war against Europe and and the Hormuz Strait is blocked.

A pool length measuring contest.

Insane.

The idea that you should run a government like a business is the dumbest idea in modern political thought.

You might as well be telling people to fly a submarine like it's an airplane. Sure, they're sort of the same shape. That's where the similarity stops.

but for real banana trees are like really bizarre plants. least of which because there's no such thing as a banana tree. they're actually related to grass and grow in clumps and each shoot only fruits once before dying. they're not hard and woody, either, they're very soft. also since we bred the seeds out of them they're exclusively propagated by separating their clumps, and since they're all clones they're very vulnerable to disease. weird fucked up mutant plants.

the #TrumpMobile phone is finally here... and it's a spray painted $150 chinese cell phone featuring an american flag with only 11 stripes that roughly 10,000¹ MAGAs paid $500 for.

¹ #Trump and co. claimed 600,000 orders but a data breach revealed there were only 10,000 orderers buying ~30,000 phones. the whole thing is just a scam to move money into the trump family's pockets. there was never supposed to be an actual phone; MAGAs who actually ordered the phone are just collateral damage in a #moneylaundering operation not the intended audience.
