So I've had two eye surgeries this year, a vitrectomy for a detached retina and a bog standard lens replacement for a cataract. To cap the year off I'm getting 3 wisdom teeth extracted this evening. Pain and discomfort aside, If I lived in the 19th century I'd be blind and most likely toothless now. There's never been a better time to fall apart!
