@alina try tapping your temples and shoulders alternately. Try to pick an object in your space. Describe it, out loud if you can. Keep adding detail and expanding on describing the space you're in. If you have a rubber band, try keeping it on your wrist and snapping it a few times when you're fuzzing out
All stuff I learned in therapy. It's disruptive to that spiral and it helps
