Long covid laat me anders schrijven

I got interviewed about the Dutch rpg 'Queeste'. Learn all about it in Moritz Botts international podcast.

Podcast · Moritz Botts · This podcast is about tabletop role-playing games around the world. In every episode, I interview RPG enthusiasts and professionals from a non-English speaking country about what games they play, what unique RPGs exist in their country, and how new people get into the hobby. Interviewees include regular gamers, club organizers, game shop owners, creators of actual play videos, RPG authors, and gaming studios. While some places are known for their large role-playing scene and have a lot of local RPG systems, other regions of the world have smaller scenes and might not even have a single RPG in the local language. Every regular episode ends with a teaser for the next country – an excerpt from an actual play recording in that country’s language. The aim of this podcast is to broaden our horizon and find out about RPGs from all over the world. Enjoy!

I've got a love-hate relationship with discovering classic texts.
The love is, of course, the content; the hate is that it's been yet unexplored.
The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists.
Edwardian London. I found this.
If, like me, you are anti-Capitalist or anti-Modernist, this may be right up your street.

Hahaha! Sorry.
In related news: years ago I hunted down and snatched up my very own copy of one of the most infamous books in the history of science fiction publishing: L. Sprague de Camp's 1951 gender-busting novel "Rogue Queen."
Infamous not so much because of its groundbreaking theme of alien sexuality ...
But because the spine of my paperback boldly proclaims it to be, you guessed it, "Rouge Queen."

People should be able to write software for Android, and distribute it outside Google's Play store, without having to:
* pay Google
* give government ID to Google
* agree to Google terms and conditions
People should be able to install the software they want on their phone, from sources other than Google's Play store, without having to jump through Google-imposed hoops.
e.g. via F-Droid.
We've got until September this year to stop Google squeezing the open Android ecosystem.
