1200m elevation gain. Really happy I made it under 8:30/km
Elevation felt pretty brutal today even though it wasn’t (144m total ascent). Glad I made it under 7min/km staying in HR zone 2 for most of the run.
Ending the #running week strong at 33.5 km of total distance - not bad!
