I want to make it very clear that there isn’t anything wrong or embarrassing about cognitive decline. It is a natural part of life, and, usually, inevitable if one reaches a certain age.

What is wrong and embarrassing is pretending like it doesn’t exist, or that it poses no problems. Unbelievably irresponsible behavior from everyone here.

Question for those with much more fashion knowledge than me:
I have a summer wedding to attend in July. It’s going to be a less formal wedding; sundresses are appropriate wear.
I have a cute striped spaghetti strap minidress to wear but my question is about shoes. I know sandals would be the best to wear but my fancy sandals have fallen apart and I don’t really want to get a new pair. I have a pair of ballet flats I like. Can I wear those?
