Another #GPT4 #ChatGPT experiment: matching words to definitions, where some words and some definitions are unfamiliar. If there is one unfamiliar object and one unfamiliar definition, humans (and dogs) can match them. So can GPT4

In my second interaction with #GPT4 I managed to trip it up with a "garden path sentence," being careful to make one up rather than picking a common one like "The horse raced past the barn fell" (see next)

My first interaction with #GPT4 ever did not disappoint. #ChatGPT #AI #GenerativeAI is supposedly based on #LLM that predicts next word based on statistics of words and word sequences in its training set.
