Democratic politicians are probably in danger, and they need to fight for their own survival, literal survival, in addition their normal job of advocating for their constituents.

Ah, yup.

Could always use a version with more pins and either double some conductors up or use the extras for additional ground. That way they are incompatible with MIDI/XLR but still satisfies your criteria.
