This is the 100 year anniversary of humans having an idea of what the heck the sun and all the stars actually are. If you had asked a leading astronomer in 1925 what the sun was, they would say that it's basically the same as Earth, but very hot.
In Cecilia Payne's doctoral thesis she was the first to say, from spectral data, that the sun was overwhelmingly made of hydrogen and helium.
It was later described as "the most brilliant PhD thesis ever written in astronomy".

Police in UK can now take women's phones and check their period tracking app
Several women's health and safety organisations have spoken out against the 'shocking' new guidance, vowing to 'aggressively challenge' it
"New guidance in the UK has handed British police the power to trawl through women's phones if they suspect said individual has undergone an illegal abortion.
As per an announcement made by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) last month, officers investigating the causes of stillbirths, miscarriages and unexpected pregnancy losses will now be permitted access to check menstrual cycle tracking apps.
The alleged aim of the incoming procedure is to 'establish a woman’s knowledge and intention in relation to the pregnancy.'"

I've lost it about 10 years ago (i changed the ink inside of it many times), but I've never forgotten about my favourite pen and i deeply regret ever losing it. I've found pictures of it online but it seems out of stock everywhere. If you can help me get another one just like it, I would be ever grateful. I've attached a picture of what it looks like (though I think mine might have had a black cap, but im not THAT picky). Please! help me find my pen!

I've of course ordered a pack. But I cant tell you how frustrating I find the fake caps. I can't tell you because I can't explain it. It's just so upsetting being so close, but so far!

@inabox looking for the exact item number, one of the google results seems to be office world claiming the item is discontinued but I only have the excerpt, the link throw an error. I noticed you saw someone sharing the 5 pack in pastel color, one looking a lot like the one you miss.
If you plan to swap the ink cartridge, it might make sense to look if other brands are compatible. The pilot erasable penc for example are very specific but the refills fit a bunch of much more mundane pen

That used to be my favourite pen too.
I tried the clicky button one, but as I carry pens in my trouser pocket it would get clicked and then write in my pocket and on my leg as I walked.
I had a few of them and modified adapted as much as possible until the were all too broken to use.
I can't help as I have looked and looked, just as you have, so I feel your pain.
Edit: Probably not helpful, but I have switched to the Pilot V5 Hi-Tecpoint as my new preference, if not favourite, pen.

(This actually also applies to a lot of non-bigbox stationery retailers. You might want to look up a couple of your local ones and ask them about it. Ones who regularly order from the same manufacturer already may have a bit easier time ordering a few extra in small batches.)

@inabox I unfortunately did not find it. I think the best odds might be checking "pen lots" once in a while? I checked the current ebay ones with PaperMate and without retractable and didn't find it, but hopefully it will pop up for you sometime!

@inabox so, you want to look on eBay for lots of pens/pencils/stationary there's gonna be like 50-100 in the pile but they usually spread them all out, start combing through those and you'll find your pen.
