A red SUV (without emergency lights, markings, or government plates) speeds past a woman driving and then aggressively brakes forcing her to stop. Three masked men get out with guns drawn and their fingers on the trigger. The men scream profanities and drag the woman out of her vehicle. These must be cartel or militia members because no law enforcement agency in the developed world trains officers to stand directly in front of a car, especially if they suspect the driver is a dangerous criminal. Professionally trained police officers also keep their fingers off the trigger. Luckily she called 911 before she was stopped and a uniformed local police officer was able to respond to save this woman before she was kidnapped.
