#Sweden has officially become the first country in the world to go 100% cage-free for egg-laying hens, freeing 17 million birds from a life behind bars. No more cramped wire cages. No more standing on metal floors. Just fresh air, open space, and the right to be a #chicken.

It’s a huge win for #AnimalWelfare - and a powerful reminder that how we treat #animals reflects who we are.

They do this super fun activity in my town where they gather up as many #canoe and #kayak paddlers as possible into the world's tallest #liftlock. Its a very simple concept, but also a lot of fun to watch; hundreds of people packed like sardines into a #water elevator for boats having a little party together.

I hate posting things that identify exactly where I live but in the era of Rainbolt I suppose that ship has sailed.
