@Brynify As far as I know it's generally recommended not to charge past 80 and not let your phone drop below 20 percent if possible because lithium-ion batteries perform the best in that range, and not overcharging/overdraining helps a battery last longer.

@serenebabe Trying to change people in general seems wrong, so kudos for willing to accept people as they are.
However, as much as acceptance is important, if you see a friend/partner doing something that you think is wrong, or something that may be hurting them/others, I feel like bringing it up with them is only a sign of how much you care IMO.
