Yesterday, a customer came in asking to transfer his photos to the external SD card. AT&T said they didn't know how, or more likely didn't want to take the time.

The built-in Samsung file manager did the job.

Still had 30 Gb in the 'Other' category.

Is this common for both Apple and Android to need an occasional reset to clear this out?
