Salmon is my favorite fish. There are dozens of ways to cook it, and Salmon on a Cedar Plank is the way I like best. Yes, the plank sometimes catches fire, but that’s flavor , right? What’s your favorite way to #cook?

Crispy cold winter day.

Even though I’ve lived all my life in Finland I’ll never get used to the sun not rising higher that this during winter. Makes for gorgeous winter lighting though.
