I don't see how this change from HHS encourages people to drink less. The 2 drinks/day for men and 1 drink/day for women was the threshold for "moderate" drinking. Telling people to limit themselves based on vibes is just going to make them feel better about drinking more now.

Tualatin, Oregon♻️ On July 1, 2025, #Oregon's Recycling Modernization Act (RMA) takes full effect! Among other changes RMA implements the Uniform Statewide Collections List (USCL) of accepted recyclables from residential curbside containers, as well as the Producer Responsibility Organizations (PRO), non-profit entities funded by manufacturers to facilitate recycling. RMA represents the newest and one of the biggest updates to Oregon's Opportunities to Recycle Act.
I suppose the good thing about all the seed oil hysteria is that more foods are being made with avocado oil.
