An interesting concept, this.

So..if I understand this, a regime change is warranted when a nation's #leadership becomes a threat to world stability.

That means the world, via #NATO, or say, the #UN, would be justified in effecting regime change in a nation if that nation is considered some kind of danger to world #peace and/or stability?

Then the US needs regime change.
