An interesting concept, this.
So..if I understand this, a regime change is warranted when a nation's #leadership becomes a threat to world stability.
That means the world, via #NATO, or say, the #UN, would be justified in effecting regime change in a nation if that nation is considered some kind of danger to world #peace and/or stability?
Then the US needs regime change.

If the #14thAmendment gets interpreted the way #trump wants it I may not have citizenship. Grans on both side came to the US in the late 19teens and both parents are the first American born. The catch is I don't know if THEIR PARENTS were naturalized before MY PARENTS were born and there are no papers for those grands. According to #Trump I could be the child of illegals, therefore NOT a citizen and totally stateless. #StopTrump
