Me: Any estimate would be useless because I've no idea what difficulties I'll encounter.
PM: But I need to put a number on the plan. How about 15 days?
Me: Sure, why not? Let's also estimate I'll grow wings and complete this project while flying.

#vegan Žemlovka, a traditional czech meal made out of leftover stale bread or better bread rolls or baguette...a great way how to use leftover stale bread and create nice sweet fruity and midly spiced "pudding"...you put the bread soaked into the milk of your choice and layer it with sliced apples and vanilla, cinamone or any spice you like...some sweetner...traditionally we use eggs as well but you can use aquafaba or just go without...and you bake it with some butter(I use Alsan)🌱
