I recently learned that ICE agents in San Francisco ran over protestors. If anyone has information about those harmed or any related crowdfunding campaigns, please share. I hope they’re safe and not seriously injured, but the incident is deeply troubling.

Local district attorneys must prosecute federal agents for crimes like attempted vehicular manslaughter, assault, and coercion. While expectations of law enforcement may be low, those who truly believe in the rule of law must act. Residents in affected cities should demand accountability from their DAs.

If the law is enforced only against the powerless while federal officials and agents are shielded from accountability, then we must confront the reality that equal justice under the law—a foundational constitutional principle—is being eroded. The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits government actors, including courts, from selectively applying the law or granting disparate treatment to similarly situated individuals without a legitimate justification.

When a former president like Donald Trump (client of Jeffrey Epstein) receives no meaningful sentence following a conviction, while others facing comparable charges would almost certainly face incarceration or other penalties, it raises serious constitutional concerns. The legitimacy of our legal system depends on impartial enforcement—when that fails, the rule of law itself is undermined.

Next time you see a bunch of U-Haul Nazis:

- Have a local person call 9-1-1. Not the police line. 911. And only if you're local. You have to be in the jurisdiction for this to work.

- Report a crime in progress. "I'm watching a dozen or so masked armed men pile into the back of a moving van without seatbelts. I know this to be a crime and I feel unsafe."

- A cop will be dispatched to the scene to conduct an investigation. Nobody will go to jail over this. This is at best a misdemeanor.

- However the cops will still have to pile everybody out of the vehicle and ID them to issue seatbelt violations. That means body cam footage.

- Body cam footage that can be FOIA requested by antifascist investigators. That means drivers license photos, names, and addresses of Nazis.

- That means Nazis who lose their job, get kicked out of their mom's basement, etc. Many of these sick fucks only do what they do because they're operating under the assumption of anonymity. Take that assumption away.
