This illustration was an experiment for going from thumbnail to finished piece without middle steps, like sketching or shading, with (mostly) a single layer. I can see where this process fails, but also where it shines - it was a lot of fun.
I'm probably coming back soon, as things in my personal life are finally dialing back down. Here's a quick sketch I did while thinking about things. The censor isn't covering too much yet, as I didn't want to detail their 'distinctive features' before coloring.
