Arduino / Qualcomm is like Eagle / Autodesk dejavue for me. Next step will be closed source bootloaders and IDEs. Qualcomm don't care for Arduino and Open Source, they just want to ride Arduino community to compete with Qualcomm / Raspberry pi. Arduino is doomed. Hope Arduino team sold out for good money.
