Our recent research in PNAS 👇 reveals the dynamic world of enzymes like never before!

@SjorsScheres The short answer is 'yes'. Backbone #NMR chemical shifts mostly reflect secondary structure, which is not very different between #tau #amyloid strains. Long range distances from either #NMR or #EPR would clearly help.
