This research relies on high-tech, including #cryoelectronmicroscopy (EM), nuclear magnetic resonance (#NMR) spectroscopy, and X-ray #crystallography. Goals are a better understanding and e.g. the creation of #molecular #dynamicssimulations.

Not groundbreaking, but the work in this paper enabled the interesting polymer degradation studies my students & I are doing now. As you can see from the author list, many many people contributed over the years. I count 6 who have finished or are pursuing PhDs plus others involved in other areas of science.
