@SexyCyborg I agree wholeheartedly with this. We need to find solutions for everyone who wants to wear a mask.

I have zero time for people who are claiming masks are unsafe in general - especially since they wear masks when they are trying to overthrow a government - but as one of the only people still masking at my workplace, which contains 20K-60K people, I want to make sure everyone who wants to mask is able to do so. #COVID #masks

@Charlobo That's a very interesting thought.

@CALLTOACTIVISM He would actually be the third.

Henry Clay ran for various parties in 1824, 1832 and 1844 while William Jennings Bryan was the Democratic nominee in 1896, 1900 and 1908.

Unlike them, Trump managed to win one.

@Charlobo My Android comes with both Google Fit and Samsung Health, so I can use those and only be missing the sleep and heart rate tracking.
@alternageek I'm amazed. Our previous purchases from FitBit haven't been very durable, but I managed to keep this one going. This is the one Angie originally bought. She didn't use it for very long, so I took it when mine died.

When I started walking after my diabetes diagnosis, the first thing I did was buy a Fitbit Charge 3. Angie also bought one. That was December 2019 and they are now both dead.

I don't have the cash to buy a new one, but I'm already struggling with motivation.

Tracking my walking miles on a map has kept me going for more than 2,700 miles since the start of lockdown, which has made an enormous impact on my health.

I'll scrape up the cash for a Charge 5.

Wow! Someone needs to hire this kid to do market analysis to pay for med school.

(I say "kid" because they are six years younger than my daughter. In three years, I'll be calling 30-year-olds kids.)

Based on special elections and generic ballot and president approval trends, Iโ€™d say we are probably at about a 50-49 Dem senate with GA headed to runoff and 219-216 GOP house. Things could change tho

Same dude everywhere else: "I can't possibly wear a mask. I have medical problems that would kill me in 30 seconds."

Another fine upstanding citizen out at the Kari Lake supporters march around the Maricopa ballot count building.

@rvawonk Glad to see you here, but I'm definitely intrigued by you starting a substack account.
