Okay, after yesterday's email from the state regents saying layoffs may be coming, our university president sent his own email saying furloughs for us "are paused" for the time being.

This is not my first rodeo. Some of us are going to lose our jobs.

I'm 66. My prospects for employment are kind of limited.

But, I am a good teacher who knows programming, math, and physics.
