Probably getting laid off today or next tuesday, in case anyone is looking for a low latency Java developer with 20+ years in the fintech space. Solid distributed performance analysis bonafides, as well as k8s bottleneck clearing.

I once got a trading platform from 700mics median to 39 mics median in a prod environment during a multimillion dollar hardware migration. Amusingly that is probably why I will find there are no seats available for me in the next few weeks. Nothing scares establishment more than someone who understands how the machines work when they do not.

Anyway, keep me in mind, willing to move, but remote is pretty dang efficient. I like efficient.

They have resolved the breach. The malicious domains have been active since Dec 23 so I would assume any logins since then to hostpresto webmail have been compromised and should be changed asap.

If you are accessing your webmail via #HostPresto (or any of their resellers) be careful - they are serving malicious JS on their webmail login page which looks like #phishing / credential stealing.

Confirmed in multiple browsers on multiple computers from multiple locations!

Have reported to my reseller host.

For the last two years, we've been working on a new build tool for #Java, called #bld. It has now been added as one of the standard options to generate snippets in #Maven Central, the most popular repository of Java packages. Yay! 🥳
