Reminding you to drink water is my love language.

Status on the new recordings: This week we start on the last phase of the music production process. Sending the music off to get mastered.

I’ve been quiet on socials lately. This is why!
Deep focus, the final stretch. #music #musicproduction

What is happening is absolutely not what America’s forefathers wanted. In fact here is proof that our forefathers are tired of this coup d’état.

Do you know the path to #power and #peace for your life’s story? When I remember that I’m a spiritual being having a human experience, I thrive and I’m unstoppable. When I contemplate how to exist among humans, when I try to understand and fit into the human shit-show, I experience tension, anxiety and insecurity.

For my life, the path to peace and power is always creative and spiritual, so this is what I must embrace and prioritize every single day.

It’s #MemorialDay in the U.S.

Throughout elementary school, adults, teachers and classmates would remind me how many people had lost their lives in order for me to be alive. My American veteran father met my Vietnamese mother in the Vietnam War — so if that war didn’t happen, I would not be here.

It was confusing/heartbreaking to constantly be reminded of this as a child, but it is a fact. In retrospect, it made me quite strong spiritually, emotionally and intellectually as an adult.
