@seldo @matthewhowell Yeah that's all good! Horizontal scroll's not for everyone. I was just explaining why.

@matthewhowell Also - I love scroll animation because it actually puts the control right in the users hands. Too much? You can stop.

Love it and want to see it again, you can.

Want to whizz through and get to the bottom. No problem.

There's also no important content on that page that isn't accessible elsewhere on less animated pages.

The docs and learning center don't scroll horizontally. It's considered and we know what we're doing.

What he said. It respects prefers reduced motion if you're not into animation - but frankly it's a website for an animation library.

The horizontal scroll with nested subanimations is incredibly OTT but people in the field know it's very hard to do. It's showing off a little. It's purposefully too much.
