On a personal note, I've been doing this OWA shiz for 3 years now, but not the hard grind. I've just done the glory stuff (press, meet the governments, do the conf talks). The whole team of once-strangers (now comrades) and the support we've received from the whole dev community (that's YOU) has invigorated me.
