@xChaos I think that art should have a reason and purpose behind it more than just being "good" or "consumable". Thinking and being creative is extremely difficult yes but also extremely rewarding as well.

What I mean to say is; the reason why people would add ChatGPT lyrics to their songs or call themselves painters when they prompt Gemini is a failure of societal magnitude. By both, the ones who make art and the ones who consume it. And no it's not gonna be limited to manual jobs only

@xChaos @Daojoan Humans have been drawing cave paintings since the dawn of times. It wasn't to sell them off to make money though. They did it to express themselves and their human imagination.

Our modern society on the other hand sees the same art and tries to extract profit out of it, that is the real problem. If it's no longer a part of the human imagination why does it matter if it's AI?

People consuming AI art would just be the final blow to our butchering of art, not the first one.
