I report success. The database was dumped and is now being restored to a new cluster.
Sorry for taking so long; an HA orchestrator running wild had been trolling me for two hours, and 3 hours of sleep didn't help me noticing ;).
But I hope teardown can still benefit from c3nav a bit!
Our resident infrastructure person @HackyScientress is working on restoring service as fast as we can, no promises yet but we're doing our best. #39c3
