@BrianJopek actually communsim is a moneyless classless stateless society where the means of production are owned by the commons and the neceesities of living are guaranteeed, socialism is just that but with a state and money, so communism can be thought of as a more extreme form of socialism it has nothing to do with "who can be rich" under communism everyone is rich in the collective wealth. Cooperation is more collectively beneficial than competition so wed all be richer in that sense

But I was illustrating the comment about socialism with a real example .
Interestingly, Denmark has also been shown to have some of the highest levels of social mobility . And the USA some of the lowest.

So if you want to live the American dream, go to Denmark .
