can microsoft teams do this
@lucidiot woah, i haven't seen those in a looong time
@alice it took me so long to remember the name of any flash game that would work with flash 7 just for this screenshot
@lucidiot i have no clue what works with what version either, no clue what flash version i even had
@alice fortunately there are people smarter than us who categorized their archives per flash version, i found yetisports 4 here
Flash: MostFunGames (SWF v7) : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive

Files of SWF file format version 7.

@lucidiot it probably can actually
@tay it can play flash games, but it can't do reliable text chat and calls?
@lucidiot i'm not gonna try it at work but you can build apps for teams which just display a web page, and you could probably use ruffle to get a flash game running
@lucidiot (and i don't recommend you try it, if you think the user experience of Teams is bad, the DX is so much worse)
@tay oh yeah i won't! the company tried to switch to it for calls only. we're too used to slack, and we paid for another easier service for video calls. but teams caused so much trouble that i showed proof that we are wasting so much time troubleshooting that it is costing more than the subscription. my manager kept a subscription going so most of our meetings do not happen on teams, and when they still do we still lose lots of time :D
