In loving memory of Taffy, our beloved green-eyed black cat. June 23, 2021 - July 1, 2023, who left this world far too soon. His bright soul & loud engine-like purr will forever be missed.

@amy0223 Baked them, I made my own dough just using bisquick. They turnedo ut good, need to make them a bit thinner next time for the rounds but once I figured out the ratio for the dough press it turned out good.

The filling is a pound of ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, one can of those Bushes taco beans and a bit of cheese. Mixed the meat and beans together with the sauce from the beans and then added some cheese in the dough before putting the filling in.

@SwordArtStreamer No, thy won't I managed to get the last seven pressed without much of an issue. The last few definitely looked best out of them. They will hopefully be amazing.

Okay, so, empanadas are in the oven and now I know if I'm using my own filling to at least find a recipe that uses six inch rounds like my cutter and press is so I can accurately fill the darn things easier. Hopefully they will be good anyway. Managed to get seven with an eight that got sacrificed because it exploded when I tried to press it closed...
