Spielfilm Japan/Deutschland 2023 Der Toilettenreiniger Hirayama (Kôji Yakusho) führt ein so einfaches wie geordnetes Leben. Alles läuft in Perfektion nach Routinen ab – vom Dosenkaffee nach dem Aufstehen über die Arbeit auf den stillen Örtchen bis zum Lesen vor dem Einschlafen. Hirayamas Liebe gilt den kleinen Dingen und seiner Sammlung kostbarer Musikkassetten, die er genüsslich anhört. Dass sein junger Assistent Takashi (Tokio Emoto) beim Kloschrubben wenig Berufsethos zeigt, widerstrebt dem Stoiker ebenso wie die gedankenlose Hektik vieler Mitmenschen. Als unerwartet seine Nichte Niko (Arisa Nakano) vor der Tür steht und sich bei ihm einquartiert, gerät seine häusliche Ordnung auf den Prüfstand. Zunächst glaubt er, der Ausreißerin helfen zu müssen. Doch dann ahnt Hirayama, dass sie seinetwegen da sein könnte. Ihre jugendliche Offenheit und die familiäre Verbindung öffnen eine Seite in ihm, die er seit Langem unter Verschluss hält. Auch Hirayamas Interesse an der Restaurantbetreiberin Keiko (Yumi Asô) führt ihn vorsichtig auf den Weg zu Veränderung. This is my personal attempt to unravel the #French high-speed rail system, if only a little. The highly radial network means that the diagram varies greatly in density. Around Paris, TGV Intersecteur trains have to be grouped together, but there is space for symbols representing important landmarks.
