Since he likes to see his name on stuff, maybe they can name a law against presidential insider trading after him.

“Instead of a call for resentment-filled ‘unity’ or traditional fronts, we can look to what former Black Panther, Black Liberation Army member, and political prisoner Russell Maroon Shoatz called ‘the mosaic’…

We will not beat back repressive power with a bunch of fragmented groups and individuals beefing over all of the nothingness they have control over.” William C. Anderson

“The ‘mosaic’ will be built on the principles of seeking to recruit from both the most oppressed segments and from among the most selfless. … The mosaic must immediately begin a dialogue toward building a consensus—as soon as possible—about how to best further coordinate our collective efforts.” –Russell Maroon Shoatz

“Freedom is indivisible, or it is nothing at all besides sloganeering and temporary, short-sighted, and short-lived advancement for a few. Freedom is indivisible, and either we are working for freedom, or you are working for the sake of your self-interests and I am working for mine.” –June Jordan

Tl;dr Nearly 1 in 6 have long covid in US study of nearly 500k. 16.28%

Long COVID Persistence and Surveillance Gaps Across 58 US Hospitals

> In this cohort study of 457 950 patients with COVID-19 across 58 hospitals, validated computable phenotyping identified postacute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection in 16.28% of cases, 2-fold higher than diagnostic code–based surveillance. Of identified manifestations, 89.31% represented chronic conditions, with prevalence increasing through mid-2024.

> These findings suggest that approximately 1 in 6 patients with COVID-19 develops postacute sequelae, predominantly chronic conditions currently invisible to surveillance systems, representing an accumulating rather than resolving health care burden.

There are two kinds of productivity systems.

The first makes you feel like a more sophisticated person than you are.

The second actually helps you do the work.

We keep building the first because the second leaves us alone with the rather terrifying idea that it's actually up to us...

Hey MAGA insurrectionists, don't you be accepting any of that money Trump's handing out. Remember, government handouts are for beta cucks and welfare queens. That's called socialism.
