Can people on Mastodon please just stop being insane regarding #LLM use? It's a tool among others. Everyone is always responsible for the code they commit or text they publish. It does not matter how it was produced. Forcing people to tag code with "LLM assisted" will just produce a lot of noise and make contributors lie about their LLM use. Linus Torvalds is 100% right on this issue. #AI #aislop

The world today might look different if programmers said "no" a bit more often.

Instead of "I voz just following orders" or "If I don't write it, they'll just get somebody else to write it".

What if we all said "no" to certain things? What if saying "yes" to certain things might mean never being allowed to work in the field again?

Die norddeutsche Bäckereikette De Heidbäcker, deren Zentrale in Wittorf nahe Lüneburg (Niedersachsen) sitzt, hat aus Protest gegen Trump das beliebte Gebäck „Amerikaner“ nun in „Grönländer“ umbenannt. Sie meinen, dass Trumps USA die Namensgebung für dieses leckere Gebäck nicht mehr verdient haben. Die „Grönländer“ ziert nun ein Eisbär.
