Just finished building one of the new #Lego #SpeedChampions, a Porsche 911. I wish I could say it was fun, but the front end was too delicate and crumbled more than a dozen times in my hand. I also couldn't get the front windshield to stay in place without removing some pieces. Oh well -- on to the next!

Started listening to #FleetwoodMac 's discography this week. Their late 1960s stuff is so bluesy and Peter Green's vocals are so reminiscent of Eric Clapton's. Now that I've listened to Penguin, Mystery to Me, and Heroes are Hard to Find, I hear bits of their iconic sound emerging. My favorite track so far is "Sentimental Lady," which I'd heard before, but didn't know was theirs. Looking forward to wherever this latest journey takes me!

Reached my summer goal of swimming 10 laps in the community pool! I could only do 4 when I started, so this was something I worked for. Woot woot! 💪🏅🌊
