Peep that new AURN T-shirt design made by Nikki Alcala! They work in Clinical Education Services as a Nurse Educator. Their small unit just joined AURN earlier this year and here they are already making an impact with the T-shirt we will all be wearing for the next three years! So glad to have you with us in AURN, Nikki.
This week there are several all member meetings scheduled where AURN members can pick up a shirt after hearing about our 2026 bargaining platform.

AURN (the association of university registered nurses) will be releasing our survey soon to members
this helps union leadership set priorities at the table

we plan to be more active on fedi, so give us a follow to see union power at work at Oregon's number 1 hospital!
AURN Wrote and passed a resolution for ONA's statewide #union last year titled "Resolution in support of trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming individuals". This includes "a vocal support on social media for #queer and #trans rights". Trans healthcare saves lives. #Healthcare workers deserve to be safe at work and we look forward to engaging with OHSU Health on this.
