This is a good day to say you don't have to have opinions on things you don't know much about. Most of us don't know much nearly enough about the deep complexities of what's going on in the middle east to have good opinions. Internet opinions rarely help anything, even though they often feel important. Compassion, sadness, and worry, they're all understandable and good responses to tough events.

It's ok to care and not have an answer, even here on the net. It's ok to not argue it out.

Research – by him, and others – has shown that the stress layoffs create takes a devastating toll on behavioral and physical health and increases mortality and morbidity substantially.
