I've seen these digital backs by I'm Back before, but always steered clear because the way they worked was to place a fresnel in the film plane, then take a picture of it. It was guaranteed to have relatively poor quality. This upcoming “I'm Back Film" doesn't appear to use that approach.

The plantation formerly had 150 slaves, is now abandoned by the one remaining member of the family, and the land rented out to small farmers
